Server Racking & Delivery Acceptance Checklist
A downloadable tool
Servers get lost between the dock and the rack in the gaps: a tripped shock indicator that nobody writes down, a B-side cord that is dressed but not plugged in, a sign-off line with no date. This pack is the checklist and the roll-up for that handoff.
The workbook scores delivery (serial, seal, packaging, shock indicator, accessory counts) and racking (rails, bond, both feeds, airflow, blanking, asset tag) with formulas and colouring. A Python script applies the same rules and adds the sign-off policy: four roles, a Facilities waiver when you mean to accept a known gap, and a site status that stays rejected while any host is rejected.
The filled example is three EX-R250 servers on purchase order PO-EX-2026-0142 at fictional EXAMPLE-DC1. One is accepted, one stays in quarantine, and one is conditional for a single day on A-side power only. Markdown copies include a short Chinese close. Addresses are documentation addresses. No real mailbox is used.
deliverables/acceptance_workbook.xlsx:到货、上架、会签三张表。
deliverables/acceptance_report.py:读取三份 CSV,生成验收报告和整批结论。
